After years spent behind this counter — six years for one of us, three for the other — on February 1st, 2026, we decided to take the next step and become the owners of the place we had long called home.
Together, we bring more than 15 years of experience in hospitality, shaped by coffee, service, people and countless hours dedicated to finding the perfect detail in every cup.
Today, that passion has become our own project.
Located in the heart of Amsterdam, Koffie Academie is a specialty coffee shop and coffee roastery built around authenticity, craftsmanship and genuine connections.
We have taken over a business, but more than anything, we have chosen to continue a story we know deeply — adding, at last, our own signature.
